Packages

To help you get the most out of your journey, I offer 5, 8 & 10 week booking packages. Consistency is key when it comes to developing your voice, showing up each week helps you stay focused, build confidence, and really hear the progress you’re making.

  • Terms & Conditions

    By booking a session with Bold Note Vocal Coaching you agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

    1. Booking & Payment - All lessons must be booked in advance directly with Lizzie at Bold Note Vocal Coaching. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For lesson packages or block bookings, payment must be made in full before the first session. When a lesson package is purchased, lessons will be scheduled based on your preferred lesson time, subject to availability. Confirmation emails will be sent with the scheduled dates and times for your lessons. If there are any issues with the scheduled times, please notify Bold Note Vocal Coaching as soon as possible.

    2. Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. This policy is in place because appointment times are reserved specifically for each student and late cancellations prevent the slot from being offered to another student.

    3. Rescheduling - Lessons may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the lesson will be treated as a late cancellation, and the session fee will be forfeited.

    4. Late Arrival - If a student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time in order to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings.

    5. Lesson Packages / Block Bookings - Lessons purchased as part of a block or package will be scheduled based on the student's preferred regular lesson time, subject to availability. All lesson packages must be booked within four (4) weeks from the purchase date. This timeframe encourages consistent progress and ensures lesson availability for all students. Any unused lessons remaining after this four-week period will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended, unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances.

    6. Refund Policy - If a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, students may be entitled to a remedy such as a repeat lesson or a partial refund where appropriate. For lesson packages purchased online, students have the right to cancel within 14 days, provided the service has not yet begun. However, if you choose to schedule or attend a lesson within the 14 day cooling off period, you acknowledge that the service has begun and your right to a full refund may no longer apply once lessons have been delivered. Unused lessons within a valid package period may be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy but are not refundable once the service has begun, except where required by law.

    7. Vocal Health Responsibility - Students are responsible for monitoring their own vocal health. If you experience pain, persistent hoarseness, vocal injury, or any medical concerns affecting your voice, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before continuing lessons. Bold Note Vocal Coaching provides guidance on vocal technique but does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Students are encouraged to communicate openly if they experience discomfort during exercises so adjustments can be made.

    8. Lesson Recordings - Students may record parts of their lesson for personal practice and development, with the consent of the coach. Any recordings made during lessons are for personal learning use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published publicly (including on social media or online platforms) without prior permission from Bold Note Vocal Coaching. If Bold Note Vocal Coaching wishes to record any part of a lesson for training, demonstration, or promotional purposes, explicit consent will always be requested beforehand.

    9. Safeguarding & Students Under 18 -Bold Note Vocal Coaching is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment. Students under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before attending lessons. A parent or guardian may be required to remain present during lessons for younger students where appropriate. Lizzie holds an Enhanced DBS check through the Disclosure and Barring Service, confirming suitability to work with children and young people.

    10. Data Protection & Privacy - Bold Note Vocal Coaching is committed to protecting your personal data and handling information responsibly in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Personal information collected during booking and communication will only be used for the purpose of managing lessons and contacting students. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

    11. Insurance - Bold Note Vocal Coaching holds appropriate public liability insurance through the Musicians' Union for teaching and coaching activities.

    12. Agreement to Terms - by booking a lesson or purchasing a lesson package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
